The following applies to digital files obtained from stickypuns.com, stickypuns.net, shanasworkshop.com and etsy.com/shop/shanasthings

Permitted uses

Images can be used for commercial or personal use as indicated below, but may NOT be redistributed in any digital format and may not be uploaded to any print on demand service.

You CAN use your files for:

  • Creating a product for personal use
  • Creating a product that you make, with your own personal equipment and supplies, to sell.
  • Scorecard files are for personal use only. The only exclusion permitted is including a printed version of the file with a physical game that you are selling.
  • Digital sticker files are for personal and classroom use only. You may not use them in any designs for sale. You may not make these files available for purchase or for free.

You CANNOT use your files for:

  • Redistribution of the file – you cannot make it available for download in any digital format on any platform. Even if you modify the file, redistribution in any digital format is prohibited.
  • Print on demand – you may not use these files with any print on demand service (print on demand is where you upload the file and another company prints the image on different products and makes them available for purchase)
  • Mass production – you may not have the file professionally printed for distribution in any quantity over 10.
  • Digital sticker packs – you may not use these images in any digital sticker pack
  • Printed stickers – you may not use these images on any printed stickers that you distribute commercially
  • Score card files: You may not sell the score card files individually, as a scorecard book, or as a score pad with no accompanying product. You may sell a printed, painted, or vinyl version of the scorecard as long as it is sold with an accompanying product and not individually.
